Welcome to MPS Expo. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of tickets, attendance at the event, and use of our website. By registering for MPS Expo or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, registering as an attendee, exhibitor, or speaker, or otherwise participating in MPS Expo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Tickets & Registration
When registering for MPS Expo, the following conditions apply:
Tickets are valid only for the named attendee and are non-transferable without our prior written consent.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
A valid ticket and government-issued ID may be required for entry to the venue.
Reselling tickets above face value or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Event Access & Attendee Conduct
To keep MPS Expo safe and welcoming for everyone, all attendees agree to:
Follow all venue rules, safety instructions, and directions from event staff and security.
Treat fellow attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff with respect at all times.
Refrain from any harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour — violators may be removed without refund.
Wear your attendee badge visibly at all times within the event premises.
4. Payments & Refunds
All ticket prices are listed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where MPS Expo cancels the event entirely, in which case you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future edition.
5. Programme Changes & Cancellation
MPS Expo reserves the right to modify the event programme, including speakers, sessions, timings, and venue, at any time. If the event must be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date or you will be offered an appropriate remedy in line with these terms.
6. Photography & Recording
MPS Expo and its authorized partners may photograph, film, and record the event. By attending, you consent to appearing in such material and to its use for promotional and archival purposes. Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted; professional recording of sessions requires prior written approval.
7. Intellectual Property
All content presented at MPS Expo and on this website — including logos, branding, session materials, and speaker presentations — remains the property of MPS Expo or its respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPS Expo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your attendance at the event or use of our website. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times while at the venue.
